I have specifically designed this training rig to replicate the feel of working on a real vehicle panel. Every detail has been carefully considered, from selecting the correct panel thickness to designing the frame so the panel is clamped edge-to-edge, creating the same tension you experience on a vehicle.

The rig also features strategically placed access slots around the sides that replicate the access points you encounter on vehicles every day. These allow you to practise using the same leverage techniques you would use on bonnets, roofs, and other common repair areas. A full-length slot along the front of the rig also simulates accessing a panel through a door window opening when the rig is mounted on a wall.

The result is a training experience that feels remarkably close to working on a real vehicle, but with the convenience of practising from your own home, office, or workshop.
